All payments for General Software products are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Section 2. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our products may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, General Software and Workshop Operations Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our software at any time if you breach these terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
