General Software is a small, independent developer making native apps for macOS. We build tools we use every day — Beacon to keep an eye on our Macs, Tempo to stay focused, and Perch to never lose anything we copy.

Our focus is productivity. Small, sharp tools that live in your menubar, respect your machine, and stay out of the way.

We listen to our customers. The best ideas come from the people using our apps every day, and a steady stream of feedback shapes what we build next — better defaults, new features, sharper details. If something could be better, tell us, and it probably will be.
